Manufacturer Assures Production Apps in Remote Factories

A U.S.-based global manufacturer of heavy‑duty equipment with production plants in more than a dozen countries was experiencing poor performance of a critical plant‑floor performance management application (PFS). The application, which routes orders from corporate data centers over MPLS to factory servers, was causing production delays and the IT team lacked visibility into remote plant data centers, making it difficult to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
