A large U.S. bank serving more than 70 million customers faced recurring reports of frozen Citrix virtual desktops and timeouts from a growing remote workforce that relied on VPNs for client transactions. Despite investments in VPN bandwidth and VDI capacity, IT needed end-to-end visibility to identify the root cause and protect digital service quality and the bank’s reputation.
