Using its existing NETSCOUT nGeniusONE service assurance platform and InfiniStreamNG appliances, with local NETSCOUT support, the team created VPN-centric dashboards and reports to monitor VPN, ISP, application, and user experience metrics in real time. The result was a seamless transition to remote operations with no noticeable impact on energy delivery, expanded visibility through additional ISNG deployments, faster troubleshooting of remote voice/video, and the ability for leadership to focus on community support and other priorities.
