Large Fashion Retailer Turns to NETSCOUT to Reduce Application Slowdowns and Improve Customer Experience

This nearly-century-old national fashion retailer with hundreds of stores and tens of thousands of employees was struggling with frequent, unexplained slowdowns that degraded critical in-store services—most notably the POS cash-register application and voice communications. With no network monitoring in place, IT only learned of problems after customer and employee complaints, missing SLAs and risking lost sales and reduced productivity.
