This global service company delivers security and smart-system solutions to millions of customers and is an early adopter of AI-driven features. During a fast public-cloud migration it lost the deep visibility needed to monitor soaring traffic, thousands of modernized servers and more than 1,000 applications (including AI/ML services), creating risks to performance, uptime and forensic troubleshooting.
