A large American carrier service provider was facing the challenge of extremely high overall drop rates in its new 5G non-standalone network. This enabled the service provider to quickly triage issues and determine the root cause of network problems. As a result, NETSCOUT helped the provider automatically reduce its MTTR by 75%, improve subscriber churn, and accelerate the launch of their 5G network with confidence.
