Victorian Trading Company (VTC), a maker and retailer of Victorian-era reproductions, was constrained by high email system costs and overage limits that forced it to choose between mailing to wholesale or retail lists and capped sends at about 600,000 per campaign. Seeking a cost-effective solution with full feature support, VTC evaluated alternatives and engaged Net Atlantic and its StrongMail platform (StrongMail On‑Demand Edition).
Net Atlantic implemented StrongMail, lowering VTC’s per-send costs, expanding capacity from roughly 600,000 to about 1.8 million addresses, and enabling simultaneous wholesale and retail campaigns. As a result, VTC increased email frequency from about 2 campaigns per month to 4–5 (about a 20% lift in activity), used A/B testing and retargeting, and realized higher sales and retained revenue thanks to Net Atlantic’s platform and support.
