Mobile SAP capabilities in eight weeks transforms enterprise performance within global nutrition leader

Glanbia, a global nutrition leader with 6,000 employees across 32 countries, needed a better enterprise application user experience as its SAP apps grew complex and users struggled to complete tasks efficiently on any device. The company wanted a faster, simpler mobile SAP approach that could support innovation and continuous improvement while working within its existing SAP environment.

Using Neptune Software and SAP Fiori guidelines, Glanbia built mobile, web, and desktop apps with a “develop once, deploy to all” approach. Neptune Software helped the team deliver initial apps in just eight weeks and, according to Glanbia, cut development time to one-third of previous options; the platform now supports more than 20 desktop apps, nine mobile offline apps, and around 4,000 users, with strong adoption and nearly 13,000 forms processed by one web forms app in a year.
