How Interseroh discovered SAP Mobile Apps without moving to S/4HANA

Interseroh, an integrated environmental services and sustainable recycling company, needed a cost-effective way to make its older SAP ERP system more mobile and easier to use without moving to S/4HANA. With no existing mobile strategy and only an ABAP team in place, the company turned to Neptune Software and its DX Platform to build SAPUI5 apps for purchasing and logistics.

Using Neptune Software, Interseroh trained developers in just three days and launched a prototype in under a month, then rolled out mobile supply chain apps that connected scanners, scales, and SAP transactions. The result was a major efficiency gain: transaction time dropped from 90 seconds to 30 seconds, supporting more than 1,500 goods receipts per month, while also reducing training needs and extending the life of its SAP system.
