Case Study: Statkraft achieves easier mobile O&M workflows with Neptune Software

A future-proof ERP System created by renewable energy provider Statkraft & Neptune Software

Statkraft, the Oslo-based global renewable energy leader, needed to simplify its SAP user experience and add mobile capabilities for operations and maintenance (O&M). Working with Neptune Software and its SAP development platform, Statkraft aimed to make work orders easier to manage across desktop and mobile devices, with less training and more intuitive workflows.

Neptune Software helped Statkraft build a mobile, online/offline O&M app using UI5 designer capabilities and a SCRUM-based delivery approach. The result was a streamlined system now used by more than 600 employees, improving access to information, speeding up work order creation and completion, and expanding into additional use cases such as time management and field services, all while making the SAP processes easier to use and maintain.
