NeoLoad’s Flexibility Wows the Paysafe Group

The Paysafe Group, a global payments company (including paysafecard) handling millions of transactions and serving tens of thousands of merchants, needed a lightweight, flexible performance‑testing tool to ensure its online and mobile payment applications ran smoothly. Existing tooling (HPE LoadRunner and JMeter) lacked agility and new feature development, so Paysafe sought a solution that could be used across development teams worldwide and support APIs and end‑to‑end testing for their move toward microservices.

After a Proof of Concept by partner SEQIS, Paysafe adopted NeoLoad as the group tool. NeoLoad proved more flexible, easier to learn and integrate into agile teams, and delivered stronger reporting plus much faster vendor support. The result was broader, global adoption of consistent load testing practices, faster issue resolution, and simpler scaling of performance tests—with plans to extend CI integration and possibly upgrade licensing as usage grows.
