NeoLoad Helps Pave Way for PrismHR’s Continuous Integration Adoption

PrismHR, the largest payroll, benefits, and HR platform for PEOs and ASOs—serving more than 80,000 organizations and over two million worksite employees—needed a way to validate performance not just at the system level but from the end-user perspective. As first-time load-testing users, they faced the challenge of testing architectural and software changes across components without impacting production systems and needed consistent data to compare releases and detect regressions.

PrismHR adopted NeoLoad to run targeted and reusable load scenarios against isolated accounts, expanding tests to cover OS, middleware, third-party updates and full-product changes. The team gained reliable end-user performance metrics, quickly validated improvements (for example after iSCSI changes), and now uses trend data to prevent issues; NeoLoad is being integrated into their CI pipeline to automate daily load tests, speed up issue detection, and support performance SLAs.
