Integrating NeoLoad into the Accor Software Factory

Accor, the global hospitality group, needed to scale digital delivery without risking costly, late-stage failures: many business-driven ideas produced large volumes of code and legacy LoadRunner-based performance testing was slow, highly scripted and hard to coordinate. A 2016–17 digital transformation pushed the company toward virtualization, cloud and APIs, creating a requirement for faster, automated, repeatable performance validation as part of continuous delivery.

Accor integrated NeoLoad into its Software Factory, migrating scripts, adding Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and logs, and running YAML-defined scenarios in GitLab with Kubernetes-managed environments and NeoLoad Web for live results. This left-shifted and automated performance testing, simplified scripting, standardized KPIs and SLAs, improved collaboration and root-cause analysis, and reduced deployment risk—supported by a growing community of users and frequent NeoLoad Web usage.
