CSS Insurance, a leading Swiss health insurer with about 1.66 million customers, relies on a heavily customized CRM, a web customer portal and an internal Java invoicing system that are tightly interconnected. Rapidly growing traffic, seasonal spikes and bespoke Hessian technology led to rising risk of performance bottlenecks, so CSS needed realistic load and component testing for capacity planning, root-cause analysis and to ensure reliability before releases.

After a POC with three vendors, CSS selected NeoLoad for its support of Java, AngularJS/jQuery, complex Java/Hessian scenarios and SOAP/REST interfaces, plus a flexible API for custom cases.
