RapidSOS, an emergency services platform company, needed a better way to let users design custom workflows for its Emergency API without relying on manual, client-specific setup. The company turned to Neoteric for help and leveraged the Rappid framework to create a more intuitive, graphical interface for building workflows.

Neoteric built a proof of concept in three weeks, then delivered a front-end module that extended Rappid’s capabilities and enabled RapidSOS to standardize workflow configuration across clients. The solution was strong enough that it was later incorporated into a future version of Rappid, helping RapidSOS scale its platform more efficiently and supporting major milestones like its Uber in-app 911 pilot and a $16M funding round.
