Neoteric addressed these challenges by thoroughly learning the application background, working closely with Blue Tree Systems’ developers, and even visiting their site to support long-term collaboration. As a result, Neoteric established ongoing cooperation, delivered a new interactive support feature, and contributed over 60 weeks of work with 2 developers and around 30,000 lines of code.
