Airbnb needed to promote a travel-based user-generated content campaign and resolve operational bottlenecks in influencer contracting, relationship management, and performance tracking. Airbnb partnered with NeoReach for its expertise in launching large-scale influencer campaigns and for NeoReach’s online platform to identify, analyze, and manage influencers.
NeoReach selected two creators (Shannon Beveridge and Rachel Nguyen), activated YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter, consolidated KPIs and creative guidelines, and tracked published posts in real time via its dashboard. The one-week campaign drove roughly 1.98M impressions (1,976,364), 62,000+ likes, 7,000+ comments and 1,000+ shares/retweets, demonstrating NeoReach’s ability to deliver scalable reach and measurable impact with a small creator roster.
