Partnership 4 Kids Leverages Technology to Do More for Kids

Partnership 4 Kids, a mentoring organization serving over 5,300 K–12 students in Omaha, faced an inflexible, hard-to-use data system that made tracking progress, running reports, and scaling programs difficult. To solve this, they turned to Neon One and adopted Neon Client & Case Management (Neon CCM) to better organize processes, manage volunteers and mentoring programs, and simplify data entry and evaluation.

Neon One’s Neon CCM gave Partnership 4 Kids flexible client tracking and reporting tools that streamlined data entry and evaluation, enabling precise reporting on student outcomes. As a result, the organization reports a 98% on-time high school graduation rate (compared with local rates ≤75%), 91% of students motivated to attend school, 90% pursuing post-secondary education and 94% returning for a second year of college; they’ve also added 200–400 students recently with plans for 400 more, growth supported by Neon One’s system.
