Michigan Farmers Market Association (MIFMA) is a statewide nonprofit that supports farmers markets and local food access. Prior to 2014 they relied on a simple PayPal button and a custom Access database that couldn’t manage membership levels, donations, event fees, or reporting, so they selected Neon One’s Neon CRM to scale operations and improve member communication.

Neon One implemented Neon CRM to centralize memberships, dues, event registration, mass emails, and donations/sponsorships. As a result, MIFMA’s membership grew 72% (from 286 to 493 members), event registrations rose 57% over three years, donations and giving increased, and staff expanded from 5 to 12—demonstrating measurable growth and improved operational efficiency using Neon One.
