Canvasback Missions, a nonprofit founded in 1961 that delivers medical teams and health education across Micronesia, struggled to tap into and preserve decades of donor and volunteer data. They selected Neon One’s Neon CRM to migrate 35+ years of records and provide cloud-based database management, reporting, individual user access, and easier donor relationship tracking.

Neon One assigned a migration consultant and implemented Neon CRM’s campaign management, MailChimp integration, prospect tracking, and reporting tools, successfully retaining and migrating legacy data and enabling a small, part-time staff to coordinate communications.
