How Arizona Gives Day Raised $6.1 Million with Neon One

Arizona Gives Day, a 24-hour statewide fundraising event run by the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits and Arizona Grantmakers Forum, faced possible cancellation on April 7, 2020 after COVID-19 left 84% of surveyed nonprofits reporting lost revenue. To keep the day alive and support its network, Arizona Gives Day partnered with Neon One and used Neon Giving Days to adapt the campaign quickly.

Neon One helped Arizona Gives Day add a Nonprofit Emergency Relief Fund and enabled features like peer-to-peer fundraising, scheduled donations, and corporate/employee giving; the event raised $6.1 million, supported 913 registered nonprofits, delivered a 77% increase in individual donations and a 69% increase in total donations, raised $150,757 for the emergency fund, and generated 81,862 pledged volunteer hours from 2,097 volunteers.
