Everybody Matters Saves Hours Each Week with New Digital Permission Slips

Everybody Matters is an Arizona nonprofit founded by Lori Madrid that trains social work interns and provides free social-emotional support across five school districts. As the team grew to 50+ interns and thousands of students served, their spreadsheet- and paper-based processes left staff overwhelmed and unable to scale, so they turned to Neon One and its cloud-based Neon CCM to replace manual workflows and secure client data.

Using Neon One’s Neon CCM, Everybody Matters digitized permission slips, created a secure, role-based client and case database, and fully automated referrals-to-assessments workflows—eliminating weeks of year‑end data entry for over 1,000 students and saving staff hours each week. Neon CCM also helped the nonprofit continue remote services during the pandemic (supporting 10,000+ virtual/in-person meetings in 2020), streamlined referrals, and improved confidentiality and operational efficiency.
