Major Supermarket Chain worked with NEOFI Solutions to automate exchanges between its national online shopping site and each franchisee’s inventory system. The main challenge was connecting two heterogeneous environments while correctly handling varying VAT rates for the same product depending on the type of purchase.

NEOFI Solutions implemented an integration solution using conditional rules and correspondence tables to automate data exchanges and assign the right VAT, without writing code. The rollout took only a few days for analysis, installation, and testing, and the supermarket chain also gained self-sufficiency: IT, accounting, and franchise teams can now update interfaces and reports themselves.
