UCB, a global pharmaceutical company with more than 10,000 employees across 40+ countries, wanted to improve the employee experience within HR while also driving strategic efficiency. Working with Neocase Software, UCB sought a solution that would balance global consistency with local needs, while giving employees more self-service and a smoother, more engaging HR experience.
Neocase Software implemented a one-stop-shop HR portal and automated HR self-service processes, helping UCB digitize key HR operations and integrate the platform with SuccessFactors. The project delivered 15 HR processes in 5 months instead of the 9 months originally estimated, marked UCB’s first agile HR project, and enabled HR teams to focus more on high-value “moments that matter.”
