The solution from Neocase enabled a new front office/back office model, providing a centralized channel to manage, automate, and measure HR inquiry processes. This implementation led to a significant 30% increase in the number of enquiries handled within one year using the same number of staff. Other key results included establishing service level agreements (SLAs), processing 75-80% of enquiries at the first level, and achieving employee satisfaction ratings above 85%.
