Neocase Software implemented Neocase HR Power, an on-premise HR service and request management platform with employee, agent, and HR partner portals, knowledge base, dashboards, and workflow automation. The results included a 32% reduction in estimated HR agents needed, 44,000 cases handled in six months, and a 64% Tier 0 resolution rate, while also improving self-service, monitoring, and overall service quality.
