Neocase Streamlines Payroll SSC and Decentralized HR Service Interactions

Cerba Healthcare, a healthcare group with 10,000 employees across 10 territories, needed a way to streamline exchanges between local HR teams, employees, and its Payroll Shared Service Center. In January 2023, the company turned to Neocase Software and its Employee Relation Management, Employee Document Management, and electronic signature/e-vault capabilities to support payroll-related HR operations and employee document handling.

Neocase Software implemented a central HR gateway integrated with ADP for payroll and Docusign for electronic signatures, enabling secure document management and compliant digital employee files. The solution improved efficiency in contract signing, automated the creation of RGPD-compliant digital files, and supported ticketing between territories and the Payroll SSC, with more than 15,000 tickets handled in under six months.
