Sage worked with Neobrain as it transformed its business toward SaaS and needed to rapidly adapt jobs and skills across its workforce. To support this shift, Sage used Neobrain’s Talent Marketplace alongside its HR Planning policy to build a better skills framework, strengthen critical capabilities, and involve managers and employees in the transformation.

Neobrain implemented the solution over seven months for 1,500 employees in Sage France, combining Skills Intelligence and Talent Marketplace features to create and maintain a skills and jobs repository and improve internal mobility. By rollout completion in early March 2022, 72% of employees had completed self-assessments, five priority skills had been identified for short-term development, and training started immediately; users described the platform as intuitive and helpful for development and mobility.
