Natixis, the investment banking group, wanted to give employees more autonomy and support internal mobility in a banking sector undergoing major transformation. With Neobrain’s HR platform, including skills mapping and a talent marketplace, Natixis aimed to help employees identify their skills, plan careers more effectively, and adapt to evolving job requirements.

Neobrain implemented AI-assisted skills and job mapping, profile and job matching, career planning, internal recruitment, training matching, and people review tools. Since launch, 10,800 employees have used the solution, 85% logged in within two weeks, 50,000 skills were added, and internal mobility increased by almost 50% in just eight months.
