Preview of the Bosch Case Study

Bosch supports 401,000 employees through industrial transition with Neobrain

Bosch, a global technology company, faced a significant challenge in supporting its employees through an industrial transition away from diesel technology. The Bosch factory in Rodez needed to facilitate internal mobility and develop new, emerging skills among its workforce to respond to market changes. To address this, Bosch partnered with the vendor Neobrain to implement its talent and skills management solutions, aiming to enhance employee engagement and make them active participants in their own development.

Neobrain implemented a multi-module solution including a Marketplace for identifying skills, a Career Planner for internal mobility, a Skills Lab for maintaining a competency framework, and a Coaching Journey for training. This approach allowed employees to identify and value their existing skills while developing new ones for future roles. The vendor Neobrain helped Bosch successfully carry out upskilling and reskilling activities, leading to a strengthened employability for employees and a more agile, predictive management of jobs and skills for the organization during a period of major change.
