Afpa, France’s leading organization for professional training, faced a major transformation in its vocational training business and needed a way to better manage skills, mobility, workforce planning, and employee development. The organization turned to Neobrain for a talent management and skills platform connected to its HR systems, including HRAccess and Talentsoft.

Neobrain integrated Afpa’s existing HR data and helped build a shared skills repository, internal mobility marketplace, and annual interview process tied to development plans and training. The rollout mobilized managers and HR teams, and the results included 85% of users completing their profiles within four months, 81% logging in monthly to update skills, and more than 1,100 internal mobilities carried out via Neobrain.
