A major Japanese automotive OEM — one of the world’s top manufacturers with global plants and hundreds of thousands of employees — was hindered by inconsistent, siloed vehicle test data. Engineers across domains used different tools and formats, making it difficult to identify root causes during product validation and slowing time to market.

Working with iASYS and using Neo4j plus the BRIX PVM solution, the company built an enterprise knowledge graph and engineering dictionary to standardize metadata across the product validation life cycle. The unified graph enabled cross‑domain data sharing and reuse, faster, more accurate root‑cause analysis, smoother testing and validation, and a reduced time to market (with plans to add NLP for further insight).
