A Neo4j Case Study
Intuit serves 100 million customers worldwide and needed a faster way to secure its vast infrastructure and customer data. Using Neo4j, Intuit faced the challenge of mapping more than 500,000 endpoints, attributing assets, and quickly identifying vulnerabilities across complex systems such as Akamai, source code, and cloud resources.
Neo4j helped Intuit build a Security Knowledge and Insights Platform with a knowledge graph and Neo4j Bloom for visualization, enabling rapid endpoint-to-asset attribution and vulnerability prioritization. As a result, Intuit can now map possible exposures in seconds instead of hours or days, attribute over 500,000 endpoints in milliseconds, process 75 million database updates per hour, and calculate risk scores for every asset in just four minutes.
