Their original product was optimized for single-device tracking and struggled to associate changing device and cookie signals with the same user, limiting their ability to deliver accurate cross-device audiences and strong ROI for customers.
Qualia added Neo4j to their technology stack to build a scalable identity graph, integrating Neo4j with Hadoop, Spark, BigQuery, MongoDB and other tools to ingest and process signals. The graph-powered solution (about 1.2 TB with ~3 billion nodes and ~9 billion relationships) enables fast queries across billions of data points, allowing Qualia to track consumers across devices and substantially increase ad sales, conversions and customer ROI.
