Identity Graph Analysis at Scale Provides Ad Tech Agency Customers with Greater ROI

Ad Tech Agency, founded in 2011, provides cross-device consumer insights for advertisers by combining geolocation and online behavior. As users adopted multiple devices and routinely changed identifiers (new devices, cleared cookies), the agency’s original single-device product could not reliably associate signals to a single person, creating a need for fast, scalable cross-device identity resolution.

The agency added Neo4j to its stack to build an identity graph that links device and cookie IDs to user profiles and processes incoming signals for audience export. The graph—about 1.2 TB with ~3 billion nodes and ~9 billion relationships—lets them efficiently query relationships at scale, enabling accurate cross-device tracking that increased advertisers’ ROI and boosted the agency’s sales and conversions.
