GraphAware - Customer Case Study

GraphAware, led by Chief Scientist Dr. Alessandro Negro, is a graph-consulting firm that helps organizations get more value from Neo4j. Many companies face the challenge of scattered, largely unstructured textual data across silos and need a way to “know what they know” to improve fraud detection, recommendations and search.

To solve this, GraphAware developed NLP capabilities on top of Neo4j and turned an internal plug-in into Hume, a collaborative knowledge-graph product that extracts entities and relationships from text and consolidates data into a structured, queryable graph. The result is a reusable knowledge asset that powers semantic search, recommendations, machine-learning projects and clearer visual analytics—helping clients uncover insights, improve investigations and deliver better products and services.
