FactGem - Customer Case Study

FactGem, led by CTO and co‑founder Clark Richey, built an enablement platform to tackle a common enterprise problem: data trapped in silos, widespread duplication, and high barriers to adopting graph technology. They needed a way for business users — not just engineers — to quickly model, consolidate and explore data so organizations could get fast insights and commit to deeper graph adoption.

Their solution was to build directly on Neo4j as the sole, native property graph database and layer an intuitive UI on top: users model data in the Neo4j Browser, upload CSV/Excel files, then build dashboards and queries with drag‑and‑drop — no Cypher required. The result: faster, more accurate insights, elimination of much duplicate pre‑calculated data, reduced engineering dependence, stronger customer adoption (with industry apps like retail underway), and improved scalability and efficiency thanks to Neo4j’s native graph performance and support.
