Cablevisión Fibertel, a major cable TV and broadband provider in Argentina, faced the challenge of detecting and preventing network failures, quickly finding root causes of performance issues, and spotting fraud across complex infrastructure data to keep services seamless for customers.

They implemented Neo4j (using Cypher) integrated with Docker, Kafka and Spark to run graph-based impact analysis, real-time event processing, automatic cluster scaling and recommendation-driven fraud detection. Native graph storage and concise Cypher queries delivered much faster, size-independent performance, enabling earlier failure detection, more effective prevention and more reliable, scalable operations.
