Case Study: Adler College achieves standards-based, measurable learning with NEO LMS

A NEO Case Study

Preview of the Adler College Case Study

Adler College in search of a standard based LMS

Adler College, a private K–12 bilingual school of almost 350 students, shifted in 2015 from a book-based model to a standards-based curriculum aligned with the Puerto Rico Department of Education and needed an LMS that supported unit/week/day curriculum design, mobile student access, teacher supervision, and clear evidence of student mastery. After trying multiple platforms and even building their own solution, Adler College selected NEO (NEO LMS) to meet these requirements.

NEO provided features such as the Mastery Tool, analytics and reporting, and flexible course structures that let administrators monitor teacher performance and track compliance with each standard in graphical form. As a result, teachers became more focused on selected standards, assessments produced actionable data to adjust instruction, parents gained better visibility into curriculum and results, and Adler College established a portable learning community — all measurable through NEO’s Mastery and reporting features.
