Schneider Electric, a global energy and automation specialist, needed to keep evolving its management platform for more than 1,000 financial controllers and managers across a fast-changing international group. The challenge was to support continuous changes driven by growth, reorganization, and IT strategy while maintaining consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and performance management capabilities, using Oracle Hyperion HFM, FDM EE, OBI EE, and Nell’Cloud.

Nell'Armonia provided end-to-end expertise across consolidation, management reporting, dashboarding, technical architecture, and ERP integration, helping Schneider Electric deliver both functional and technical platform evolutions on time and on budget. By also handling administration and maintenance for some tools through its Nell’Cloud service center, Nell'Armonia improved service quality and reduced ownership costs while enabling faster integration of group changes into the management system.
