Sanofi, the global life sciences company with 110,000+ employees, turned to Nell’Armonia to optimize its group financial management applications and improve group CPM processes. The challenge centered on modernizing and streamlining its Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Essbase environment to support faster, more accurate financial analysis.

Nell’Armonia delivered the project in two phases: first a proof of concept to validate the target and expected gains, then implementation with careful change management across users. The vendor also provided a sandbox application and guidance videos to ease adoption. As a result, Sanofi’s finance team gained faster, more detailed analyses for more responsive financial management, with HFM and Essbase work carried out in parallel thanks to a clearly defined scope.
