RATP, the 5th global public transportation operator, needed to structure its budget preparation and investment forecasts analysis processes as part of a broader finance optimization effort. Nell’Armonia supported the initiative using Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Essbase, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).

Nell’Armonia provided assistance with framing and detailed design of the budget process, as well as technical and operational support for implementation in Oracle Hyperion Planning. The vendor also carried out stress tests on the platform, helped design the investment arbitration process, and generated internal and external reporting, improving the structure and reliability of RATP’s budgeting and investment forecasting activities.
