MGEN, one of France’s largest health mutuals with nearly 4 million protected members, needed to improve reporting, budget preparation, and analytical distribution across its diverse businesses. Working with Nell’Armonia, the company sought to move beyond Excel’s limits and support its budget process in parallel with an analytic redesign project on its ERP, using Oracle Hyperion Planning.

Nell’Armonia implemented five connected planning applications for headquarters, insurance, establishments, health centers, technical results, and group consolidation, with complex analytical allocation rules and synchronized data flows. The solution gave MGEN a consolidated view of financial and operational indicators, a more streamlined and secured forecasting process, and greater autonomy in tool administration, while also enabling the transfer of skills to internal teams.
