Alliance Automotive Group, a French independent automotive parts group operating across Europe, needed a more flexible, auditable, and collaborative way to manage cash and solvency forecasts in an LBO-driven growth context. Facing the limits of Excel, the company turned to Nell’Armonia and its Nell’cash solution, with Oracle PBCS as the cloud planning platform.

Nell’Armonia implemented Nell’cash in two phases of three months, quickly delivering cash forecasting capabilities tailored to Alliance Automotive Group’s business, including a specific module for end-of-year discounts. The solution also enabled additional forecasting processes such as budgeting, payroll, and CAPEX planning, while giving AAG full autonomy through a well-trained internal administrator and a more structured project approach.
