Case Study: Kering secures consolidated reporting with Nell’Armonia’s Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) integration

A Nell'Armonia Case Study

Preview of the Kering Case Study

Kering merger of HFM applications and integration of a statutory consolidation engine

Kering, the global luxury group behind brands such as Gucci, Balenciaga, and Yves Saint Laurent, needed to address the difficulty of managing three heterogeneous financial reporting applications with different structures, histories, and interfaces. Nell’Armonia was brought in to help audit the existing environment, analyze merger options, and define a path toward a single reporting application with minimal disruption to the brands, using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

Nell’Armonia implemented a new consolidated platform and statutory consolidation engine, integrating functional and technical specifications, migrating historical data, running UAT and double-runs, and removing manual interfaces between applications. The project secured consolidation and reporting, created a single vision of data, improved data quality and control, reduced closure deadlines, and gave Kering renewed confidence in its statutory consolidation process.
