PSA Group, the European automotive manufacturer behind more than 3.6 million vehicles sold annually, needed to replace an obsolete reporting solution to improve industrial and business controlling. Working with Nell'Armonia, part of Accenture, PSA selected Anaplan to support reporting and budgeting across its European controlling activities.

Nell'Armonia implemented Anaplan in phases across finance, sales, investments, payroll, industrial controlling, and business controlling. The new solution improved monthly closing, budgeting, 5-year MTP planning, investments management, and workforce monitoring, while reducing reporting delays, eliminating low-value manual tasks, centralizing data, harmonizing plant management, and improving collaboration between plants and central controlling.
