Edenred, the worldwide leader in prepaid services for enterprises, faced a critical challenge during the split from Accor Services: it had to quickly become autonomous in producing its own financial reporting to meet shareholder requirements by the split date. Nell'Armonia supported the project with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to help Edenred take over reporting previously handled by the parent company.

Nell'Armonia implemented the new reporting solution by combining technical setup, functional design, data cleanup, and user training. The project was completed in just 4 months, enabling Edenred to deliver its own reporting on time and avoid additional Excel-based workarounds at the split date.
