Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, a major European consumer credit provider within Crédit Agricole S.A., needed to modernize its financial management tools. Its existing solution was technically outdated, and the company also had to integrate a new entity while improving reporting, forecasting, profit and loss management, debt tracking, and group consolidation. Nell’Armonia helped the customer work with Oracle Essbase and Oracle Hyperion Planning.

Nell’Armonia led the initial architecture and project framing, then supported a phased rollout designed to transfer knowledge to CA-CF teams. The solution improved ergonomics, Excel integration, performance, automation, and decentralized data entry, while making CA-CF autonomous in daily application management and new reporting development. As a result, the web- and Excel-based platform is now used across group management and subsidiaries, and its success led to expansion into risk management.
