Groupe 3SI, a 100% subsidiary of the OTTO Group and a major e-business company operating 19 brands across 20 countries, needed to improve cash-flow analysis and forecasting across 3SI Holding and 40 entities. Nell’Armonia helped address challenges around harmonizing forecasting methods, improving solution ergonomics, and managing the quality of interfaced data and mappings, using Oracle Hyperion Planning.

Nell’Armonia implemented cash-flow forecasts aligned with P&L and balance sheet forecasts using both direct and indirect methods, including a 15-month rolling monthly forecast plus plan, budget, and forecast comparisons. The solution improved reliability, consistency checks, and control over intra-group flows, while saving time and enabling automatic feeding of management forecasting, cash flow, and third-party payment systems, along with pre-calculation, adjustments, workflow, and task lists.
