Facing heavy Excel-based processes, evolving reporting needs, and limited internal resources, the SME looked for a fast, affordable solution for budget preparation, monitoring, consolidation, and treasury management. Nell'Armonia implemented Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) to provide a single cloud-based application for budgeting, monitoring, and reporting. The solution reduced data production time by an estimated 10 days per year, improved economic analysis capabilities, and enabled financial reporting autonomy in about 30 days, all while fitting Carrus Group’s budget and requiring no internal IT mobilization.
